DIY Race Nights
And still raise as much money as possible!
If you have the guests and the right venue - we can still do all the rest.
Have the fun you enjoyed raising funds from a race night as you did before the lock down, at a fraction of the cost and with an audience of family and chosen friends.
All charities have suffered during the last year as the lock down has prevented most people from supporting their chosen charity. This is especially true with organising charity race nights, as they require a well packed venue to enable the organiser to raise the funds needed and the cost of the race night.
I have not done a race night since March 2020 and even if someone wanted to organise one in the near future I believe they would have difficulty getting people to attend or run the event with the normal atmosphere enjoyed at the event due to social distancing and safety. I personally will not be running events for at least the rest of the year.
I have looked at the results of race nights I have carried out with a quite small audience and have reached the conclusion that without the expense of the race night itself a reasonable amount can be raised for your chosen charity.
What you need
By renting you the race films and selling you the required amount of tote tickets for your event, all you need is a venue with a large T.V. or a multi-media projector and enough seating for your audience this could be a small hall a private party room in a pub, a large private domestic lounge, even a garden (if the weather is behaving itself).
What we'll supply
As nearly everyone has an A4 printer these days, I will provide templates for race cards, posters, sheets for selling horses (and possibly jockeys) and sheets of dual forecast tickets.
If no one has an A4 printer, I can print them and supply them relatively inexpensively.
As tri-cast sheets and race night double sheets need to be on A3 I will provide them as part of the package.
I will also provide the means to calculate the pay-out on the tote either as an excel spreadsheet or on a manual sheet both with full instructions.
I will also provide as much information, from my 20 years’ experience as a race night provider, by letter e-mail and phone,as you need to run your own event.
So, why not get in touch so we can discuss your needs and what you can achieve for a very small outlay.
We look forward to hearing from you.
